Dining Services to partner with local restaurants for ‘Eat Local’ series throughout April

This semester, Marquette Dining Services has been developing partnerships and utilizing the 707 Hub to identify new restaurants. The current partners represent a diverse group of minority and women-owned businesses and feature a variety of foods from baked goods to empanadas. All options will include vegan and vegetarian options.  

  • April 8 | Triciclo Peru 
    Triciclo Peru is a Peruvian restaurant known for its empanadas. Meals will be available for lunch at The Commons or dinner at Cobeen Hall. Vegan and vegetarian options will be offered.  
  • April 13 | LivALittle Ice Cream 
    Marquette alumna Olivia Menzia, owner of LivALittle Ice Cream, will offer her various ice cream flavors at The Commons. The ice cream is all vegan.  
  • April 15 | Daily Taco 
    Daily Taco will be coming to The Commons and Cobeen. Vegetarian options will be available. 
  • April 20 | KalYana Organics 
    KalYana Organics, known for their fresh baked goods, will be coming to all dining halls. Vegan and vegetarian options will be offered.   
  • April 22 | Funky Fresh Spring Rolls 
    Funky Fresh Spring Rolls will be coming to The Commons, Cobeen and StrazVegan and vegetarian options will be available.  
  • April 29 | Goodman Desserts  
    Goodman Desserts will be coming to all dining center dessert stations. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available
