This semester, Marquette Dining Services has been developing partnerships and utilizing the 707 Hub to identify new restaurants. The current partners represent a diverse group of minority and women-owned businesses and feature a variety of foods from baked goods to empanadas. All options will include vegan and vegetarian options.
- April 8 | Triciclo Peru
Triciclo Peru is a Peruvian restaurant known for its empanadas. Meals will be available for lunch at The Commons or dinner at Cobeen Hall. Vegan and vegetarian options will be offered. - April 13 | LivALittle Ice Cream
Marquette alumna Olivia Menzia, owner of LivALittle Ice Cream, will offer her various ice cream flavors at The Commons. The ice cream is all vegan. - April 15 | Daily Taco
Daily Taco will be coming to The Commons and Cobeen. Vegetarian options will be available. - April 20 | KalYana Organics
KalYana Organics, known for their fresh baked goods, will be coming to all dining halls. Vegan and vegetarian options will be offered. - April 22 | Funky Fresh Spring Rolls
Funky Fresh Spring Rolls will be coming to The Commons, Cobeen and Straz. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. - April 29 | Goodman Desserts
Goodman Desserts will be coming to all dining center dessert stations. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.
