As part of the I-43 Hillside Interchange project, 12th Street over Fond Du Lac Avenue is scheduled to close long-term for about two months, beginning on Monday, April 26.

During the closure, preventative maintenance work will be done on I-43 and the overhead bridge structures between Wisconsin Avenue and Walnut Street. Due to this, 12th Street (between Cherry and Walnut Streets) will be closed for approximately two months.
Detour information:
- Motorists should use Highland Avenue, 17th Street and Walnut Street to get around the closure.
- Pedestrians should use Walnut Street, 13th Street and Cherry Street to get around the closure.
