Faculty and staff volunteers are needed as column marshals to assist with the Commencement Recognition Ceremonies on Sunday, May 23, at American Family Field.
There will be one ceremony in the morning for undergraduate students at 9 a.m. and one ceremony in the afternoon for graduate students at 5 p.m. Upon arrival, students will gather for the processional while the guests take their seats. The students will process in by college, walk across the stage when their names are announced and will then sit with their guests at their assigned seats. Column marshals will assist with lining up and guiding the graduates in for the walk across the stage.
