Wellness, mental health and development resources available for faculty and staff

Professional, personal development opportunities available through GROW
Whether you’re interested in how to manage change better or want to hone your technical skills, there are many professional and personal development opportunities for Marquette employees through GROW. A full schedule is available online. Consider registering for an upcoming GROW course—and encourage your colleagues and direct reports to do the same. Class registration is available via Eventbrite. 

SilverCloud mental health tool available to faculty and staff
The Counseling Center has partnered with SilverCloud to offer virtual mental health resources to the Marquette community. Through this partnership, the tool is free and available to all Marquette students, faculty and staff. SilverCloud is an online platform offering self-guided programs for anxiety, depression, stress and resilience. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy principles, the self-guided programs are available anytime, on any device. Managers are encouraged to share this new resource with their teams. Learn more about SilverCloud and how to register.

Employee Assistance Program
EAP provides work-life services, short-term counseling, referrals and resource identification. Services provided are kept confidential. EAP is available to all employees and members of their households. Learn more online.
