Marquette will be conducting an internal search for a co-director of the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute (NMDSI). This opportunity is open to any faculty or staff member in any school/college at Marquette and has an anticipated start date of July 2021.
Members of the search advisory committee include:
- Michael Zimmer, chair of the search committee and associate professor in the department of computer science
- Edward Blumenthal, associate dean for research and current co-director of the NMDSI
- Richard Povinelli, professor of electrical and computer engineering
- Sumathi Thiyagarajan, senior director of corporate engagement operations in the office of economic engagement
