The Campus Vote Project will host a live YouTube event titled “The Impact of the Student Vote: Wisconsin State Superintendent Forum” on Tuesday, April 6, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Register via Eventbrite.

Students from 11 college campuses across the state will engage in a conversation with the state superintendent candidates Deborah Kerr and Jill Underly to understand the impact this election has on college students.

The state superintendent of public instruction oversees all K-12 public schools and libraries and makes decisions that impact the quality of education, access to resources, school curriculum choices and other educational opportunities.

Students are encouraged to submit video questions for the candidates. Email Dr. Amber Wichowsky, associate professor of political science, with video submissions.

The event will be livestreamed via YouTube.
