In celebration of Black History Month, the virtual lecture, “The Great Debaters: The Political Ideologies of Booker T. Washington, W.E.B. DuBois, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X,” will be presented from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 18.
Dr. Cedric Burrows, assistant professor of English, and Dr. Heather Hathaway, associate dean for faculty and graduate affairs and professor of English and Africana studies, both in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences, will speak during the online lecture.
Dr. William Welburn, vice president for inclusive excellence, will moderate the event.
