Mental Health Day for students is Feb. 9; sign up for various ‘staycation’ programming

Tuesday, Feb. 9, is the first Mental Health Day of the semester. These scheduled days are an opportunity for students to unplug and prioritize self-care. Additionally, the Office of Engagement and Inclusion has planned a number of safe activities for students to take part in, including opportunities for prayer, meditation, fun and self-care.

Check out the MU Staycations webpage for event sign-ups and details.

To participate in the in-person events, students will be required to show a green COVID Cheq pass for the day and will need to adhere to current COVID guidelines.
