Tuesday, Feb. 9, is the first Mental Health Day of the semester. These scheduled days are an opportunity for students to unplug and prioritize self-care. Additionally, the Office of Engagement and Inclusion has planned a number of safe activities for students to take part in, including opportunities for prayer, meditation, fun and self-care.
To participate in the in-person events, students will be required to show a green COVID Cheq pass for the day and will need to adhere to current COVID guidelines.
With questions regarding “staycation” events, email the Office of Engagement and Inclusion.
