The “Helping Professions Career and Internship Fair” will take place Monday, Feb. 24, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. via Handshake.
This is an opportunity to connect virtually with professionals from a variety of industries hiring within human/social services, health care, mental health, education, non-profit, community development, science and research. This virtual fair is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines and all class years, as well as alumni.
Attendees will have various opportunities to engage with employers, including:
- Video, audio and chat communication with employers
- 10 minute one-on-one meetings with recruiters
- 30 minute group meetings with other students and recruiters
Additional details will be provided leading up to the fair so that each student is prepared and equipped to use the platform to their advantage.
