Marquette’s annual Mission Week will take place Sunday, Feb. 7, through Sunday, Feb. 14.
This year’s theme is “Open to Hope.” The campus community is invited to attend various events, pray and reflect on the idea of hope.
When St. Ignatius was called to serve God, he found a deep sense of meaning, fulfillment and a new hope. It gave his life direction and purpose. Even in times of darkness, he did not lose hope because he trusted God.
During this week, students, faculty and staff are encouraged to take advantage of one of the many Mission Week offerings. There will be opportunities to hear from inspirational speakers, participate in service, pray, worship, reflect and take time for silence each day.
