Human Resources shares annual notices for life insurance, disability, benefits plans and more

During the Annual Enrollment period, Human Resources posted several legally-required Annual Notices on the Human Resource website. They were distributed online for easy access for faculty and staff working from home or in the office.

Below are three additional Summary Annual Reports. These reports summarize basic financial information contained in the annual report, which is filed with the Employee Benefits Security Administration as required under ERISA.
