Students should check their Marquette email for a link to complete the next Fall 2020 Academic Experience Survey.
The survey will close on Thursday, Oct. 22.
About the Academic Experience Surveys
The Office of the Provost will administer a series of surveys throughout the semester to better understand students’ academic experiences. The input will guide improvements made throughout the semester. A set of surveys is also being administered to instructors this fall.
Within a week of each survey’s closing date, results will be reviewed by a small team of faculty, staff and students. Recommendations will be communicated to the deans and other leaders in the colleges for action and implementation.
Key take-aways will be available to the campus community via OIRA’s website. Results will also be communicated via email to respondents and posted in Marquette Today.
For examples of how results from past surveys have been used, see the summary of significant outcomes from the Spring 2020 Remote Instruction Survey; results from this and other surveys are online.
Participation is voluntary, but feedback is very important. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and will only be shared in the aggregate. The results will not include any identifying information but will be linked with other information about you (e.g. your college, major, demographic data) to understand how experiences between groups of students may have differed.
