Ignite to host Rev. Sam Sawyer, S.J., for a discussion on Ignatian spirituality and civic engagement, Oct. 21

Ignite offers a welcoming space to connect with other Marquette students, hear from inspiring speakers and engage in prayer.  

Rev. Sam Sawyer, S.J., executive editor and director of digital strategy at America Media, will present “Contemplative Citizens in Action: Discernment in an Election Year” on Wednesday, Oct. 21. This event will discuss how Ignatian spirituality encourages and supports active civic engagement.
