Food donations needed to support students; donate to ‘Backpack Breakfast Club’ Food Drive, Oct. 5-9

Organized by a team of Raynor Memorial Library volunteers, the “Backpack Breakfast Club Food Drive” is seeking donations of breakfast foods or cash donations to benefit Marquette’s Backpack Program, which provides food to students experiencing food shortage. The drive runs from Monday, Oct. 5, to Friday, Oct. 9.

Where and how to donate:

  • Food donations of nonperishable breakfast foods such as granola, cereal, oatmeal and pancake mix can be dropped off in the Raynor Library lobby or at the AMU information desk.
  • Cash donations are also welcome; contact Jean Zanoni, associate dean for administration and planning, to arrange an online payment via Zelle, Paypal or Venmo.

With questions, contact Elisa Coghlan, coordinator of marketing and outreach for Raynor Libraries.
