All employees are strongly encouraged to enroll, change or waive benefits for 2021.
Faculty and staff can make changes to their benefit elections during the Annual Enrollment period, Monday, Oct. 26, at 8 a.m. through Friday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m.
Employees who wish to change existing health insurance plans, family members covered or enroll/re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) program(s) must complete the enrollment process during this period.
Employees will receive a flyer with more information via mail this week.
The 2021 Annual Benefits Enrollment Guide is available online and includes important updates to Marquette’s 2021 benefits. An online benefits presentation with key messages and Frequently Asked Questions are also available.
Confidential, optional 30-minute phone appointments with a benefits educator will be available beginning Monday, Oct. 26, (sign-ups will open a week prior on Oct. 19). Appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are also limited weekend appointments available.
Employees may also choose to enroll themselves online starting Monday, Oct. 26.
