The 5th Annual Ethics of Big Data Symposium will take place virtually on Friday, Oct. 9, at 2:30 p.m. central time.
The symposium’s theme is “Race, Representation and Justice.” Speakers include:
- Dr. Ruha Benjamin, professor of African American Studies at Princeton University
- Dr. Alex Hanna, sociologist and research scientist at Google
- Dr. Anna Lauren Hoffmann, assistant professor with The Information School at the University of Washington
