Nominations for the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Awards are due Tuesday, Dec. 1.
These awards are given to full-time faculty and staff members who demonstrate exemplary leadership and manifest ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion through practical action. Examples include student-centered inclusion initiatives, efforts to support recruitment and retention of diverse faculty and/or students, teaching and/or research that expands and embraces our understanding of inclusiveness, multicultural programming, or related initiatives and community outreach activities.
Students, staff and faculty are eligible to nominate for both awards and are encouraged to nominate one or more candidates.
