The Marquette Forum will host Aarti Shahani, best-selling author and NPR correspondent for a virtual discussion on Monday, Oct. 5, at 12:30 p.m.
Participants will learn about Shahani’s life as an immigrant and a woman of color. This interactive session will explore themes of race and allyship.
The first 50 people to register will receive a paperback copy of Shahani’s best-selling memoir, “Here We Are: American Dreams, American Nightmares” when it arrives later this fall.
