Campus Ministry will lead an Examen prayer on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 9 p.m. in the garden outside the St. Joan of Arc Chapel.
This prayer can be attended in-person or via livestream on the @mucampusmin Instagram.
If attending in person, you must wear a mask and follow markings to keep socially distanced.
Written by St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Examen prayer is a part of Ignatian Spirituality. It is a means of reviewing the day with gratitude and reflection, noting what is moving in one’s heart and meant to encourage that which brings us closer to God’s love, while eliminating that which brings us farther away from God.
