Update your address and telephone number in CheckMarq by Tuesday, Sept. 1. This information is used by the university to contact students during emergencies and for vital university business.
Additionally, if you opted in to receive text reminders for COVID Cheq, you should make sure your phone number is listed in CheckMarq (not your parents), otherwise you won’t receive the text reminders.
To update your contact information:
- Log in to CheckMarq
- Click the profile tile
- Click the addresses link in the left navigation menu
Addresses already on file will be displayed on the right, along with options to add or edit them.

Review and update your current address, either on or off campus (where you will be physically located while taking fall 2020 classes), as well as your permanent home address. These could be the same address.
