Children of Marquette faculty and staff are welcome to participate in free one-on-one virtual reading instruction through the College of Education’s Hartman Literacy and Learning Center.
Twice a week during the fall semester, undergraduate elementary education students enrolled in an advanced practicum in reading assessment and instruction will teach second through fourth grade students.
These instructional sessions are approximately 50 minutes and take place between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. The Hartman Center will work with families to identify the best 50-minute period.
