Students: order fall 2020 textbooks online to reduce in-store visits

July 10, 2020

Due to COVID-19, the Book Marq is asking all students to place book orders online to reduce the amount of people in the physical store.

Books can be shipped to you directly; orders placed now will receive free UPS ground shipping until further notice.

IMPORTANT: Students who order now, or three weeks prior to their arrival on campus, should use their permanent or home address. This helps minimize the number of items shipped to residence halls at the start of the semester, as mail rooms cannot accommodate the typical influx of packages due to the pandemic. Therefore students should be aware that packages in the residence halls will be delayed during the first few weeks of the semester.

There is no risk to order early, as the Book Marq offers a textbook refund policy, which allows students to return textbooks during the first week of classes with just the receipt. View the refund policy on the Book Marq’s website.

Please note: Students who wish to use Educational Opportunity Program vouchers and Marquette Cash will need to visit the Book Marq in person.

The Book Marq is currently developing a system that will allow students to book a time to visit the store. Watch Marquette Today and visit the Book Marq’s website for this link.

With questions, contact the Book Marq.
