Fall 2020 O-Fest will be Wednesday, September 2, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Central Mall.
Please note that Marquette will continue to follow government stay at home orders and social distancing guidelines. This event will be held in accordance with guidance from the university; if the situation changes and the event cannot be held in person, the Marquette community will be notified.
O-Fest offers student organizations the opportunity to engage with the campus community, promote their organizations, connect with other student leaders and recruit new members.
University offices and departments also have the opportunity to share information about various programs and services available to students. All departments who wish to host a table must complete the request form on Marquee.
Requests will be approved later in the summer, as guidelines regarding COVID-19 are subject to change. The Center of Engagement and Inclusion’s process for approving requests will be on a first come, first served basis until all spots are filled. Should spots fill up, a wait list will be formed (those placed on the wait list will be notified).
A separate form will need to be submitted for each department. There is an area on the form to request specifics such as placement and extra tables, but please know that these requests are approved on a case by case basis and are often made based on space availability.
Check-in information and other reminders will be sent in August. Contact the Office of Engagement and Inclusion with questions.
