The Women of Marquette Employee Resource Group (ERG) is launching a mini series titled “Getting to know Women at Marquette.” The first event will take place on Friday, May 29, at noon via Microsoft Teams.
The session will feature Edith Hudson, chief of Marquette University Police Department. The Women of Marquette have posed some questions to Chief Hudson in advance, which she will respond do during the event. There will also be a live Q&A.
This mini series will occur monthly during the lunch hour. These events provide an opportunity to learn more about the stories, motivations and ideas of women leaders within the Marquette community. The format will be that of a “fireside chat,” with a moderator guiding along the conversation.
All are welcome. To attend, contact Katie Schumacher, assistant director of national recruitment in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Women of Marquette is also seeking nominations for future speakers. Send ideas to Emily Baseheart, senior director of regional development for University Advancement.
