Earlier today, the Democratic National Convention announced that it has rescheduled from mid-July to the week of Aug. 17 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Marquette’s Convention Steering Committee is currently reviewing its previously scheduled residence hall and event space commitments for the week of Aug. 17 to see whether the university can accommodate convention guests during the rescheduled dates, and to determine potential changes in university operations. More information will be shared in Marquette Today and via the Convention website once it is available.
