Sold Out, Marquette’s human trafficking awareness student organization, will host a presentation on Wednesday, March 18, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Weasler Auditorium.
A spoken word artist and a Milwaukee detective who has worked closely with human trafficking victims throughout her career will speak at the event.
This event is co hosted by RUBIES, a Milwaukee non-profit that works with at-risk teenage girls through prevention education and mentorship to prepare them for successful futures.
This event is free and open to the public. T-shirts will be available for $20, with proceeds going to RUBIES.
