A “Golden Eagle Cook-Off” will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the AMU.
Sodexo executive chefs will compete to make the best dish; the Marquette community is invited to vote for their favorite.
This year’s chefs include:
- Anthony Damic, executive chef at Cobeen Dining Hall
- Mike Wichrowski, executive chef at The Commons Dining Hall
- Steve Zaharias, executive chef at Marquette Place
- Brad Dawson, executive chef for Catering Services
