Faculty and staff volunteers needed for Commencement

February 28, 2020

The university is seeking faculty and staff volunteers for the 2020 Commencement ceremony, which will be held on Sunday, May 17.  Volunteers will be column marshals, guiding the graduates, faculty, staff and stage party into the arena, and escorting them out after the ceremony.   For more information, contact University Special Events at (414) 288-7431.

Faber Center to host ‘Pausing with the Psalms,’ March 19 – April 30

Lunafest film festival celebrates women, March 24

Lunafest, a traveling film festival showcasing seven short films that are by, for and about women, will come to Marquette on Tuesday, March 24, in the Weasler Auditorium. American Cancer Society Philanthropy Formal is March 27

February 28, 2020

Delta Xi Phi, Marquette’s multicultural sorority, will host a formal event to raise money for the American Cancer Society on Friday, March 27, at 7 p.m. in the AMU, Monaghan Ballroom. Entertainment will include performances, music, raffle baskets and food. Tickets are $20 per person. To purchase tickets, Venmo: mudxpeta or email Kiana Jones for more information.
