Hosted by the Social Innovation Initiative and Marquette University Libraries, the third annual Writing Innovation Symposium will be held on Jan. 30 and 31.
Two workshops will be held on Thursday, Jan. 30, in addition to a lunchtime plenary speaker from Dr. Paul Feigenbaum, a community writing scholar from Florida International University. His talk, “Welcome to the ‘Failure Club’” will address the value of failure and generative approaches to it in the writing classroom.
Full details are available online. All symposium events are open to Marquette students, faculty and staff. Online registration is required; use the registration code “Marquette” to sign up. Registration closes Jan. 24.
