In conjunction with Mount Mary University, the Haggerty Museum will host Dr. Christopher M. Belkofer for a workshop titled “Introduction to Art Therapy and the Brain” on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Haggerty Museum.
This lecture will outline existing research and theories related to the impact that creating and viewing art has on the brain. Belkofer will discuss the therapeutic potentials art has on a human’s mental health and wellness.
