The Office of Diversity and Inclusion will host the fifth annual Dreamers Gala: Power in Persistence on Tuesday, March 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the AMU, Monaghan Ballroom.
The Dreamers Gala is a yearly student-led initiative that brings together hundreds of faculty, staff, administrators, students and community members in celebration of the resilience and accomplishments of Marquette’s undocumented/DACA students. It is also the primary source of funding for the Ignacio Ellacuría, S.J., Dreamers Scholarship for undocumented students at Marquette.
A reception with a cash bar will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and the event program at 6:30 p.m.
