To remember and honor the Ignatian Year in a special way, Marquette dedicated a permanent wall to Saint Ignatius and the Jesuits in AMU 227 on Tuesday, Sept. 27. These pictorials recall some of the moments of the year and look toward the future guided by the Jesuits’ Apostolic Preferences.
The Ignatian Year, which marks 500 years since St. Ignatius of Loyola’s life-changing “cannonball moment,” was celebrated on campus and around the world from May, 20, 2021, to July 31, 2022.
