‘Make a Difference Day’ is Nov. 6; register by Oct. 29  

The Center for Community Service and Sorority and Fraternity Life will host its annual “Make a Difference Day” (formerly known as “Hunger Cleanup”) on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  

Check-in will start at 9 a.m. on the second floor of the AMU.  

In conjunction with University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and Milwaukee Area Technical College, students, faculty and staff from across the city will be teaming up to serve older adults within the community.  

Participants will assist older adults in the community as they prepare their homes for the winter to ensure they stay independent, healthy and safe.  

All volunteers are welcome. Register online by Oct. 29 to participate.
