The IT Services Help Desk will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019 through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020.
To continue using e-resources over the holidays and avoid potential issues, ITS encourages faculty and staff to do the following:
- Change your Marquette password early if it’s set to expire during the break.
- Ensure you are enrolled in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication
- Duo Multi-Factor Authentication is now required for faculty and staff who are trying to access Office 365 online applications (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) from off-campus.
- If you have not yet enrolled with Duo, do so before Tuesday, Dec. 24, so that the Help Desk can assist if you have problems with enrolling.
