From Monday, Dec. 9, through Friday, Dec. 13, faculty can receive priority scheduling for spring 2020 breakout rooms, review sessions, additional space for exams given throughout the term, special speakers or other classroom needs related to the classes they are teaching through 25Live.
While requests are processed throughout the term, space may be limited after Dec. 13.
Faculty who wish to change classrooms must go through their department. Department schedule builders will submit requests through the CourseLeaf Section Scheduler (CLSS). Classroom changes are made only for ADA-compliance issues or if class enrollment exceeds the assigned room’s capacity.
Requests for other uses of classroom space such as department meetings may be submitted now with the understanding that requests will not be processed until the end of the week.
