The Marquette community is encouraged to participate in this year’s Holiday Giving Tree, which provides gifts for those who might otherwise not receive anything for Christmas.
This year, there is a special need for gifts going to Eras Senior Network, an organization that supports adults and seniors with disabilities.
To participate, request a “gift tag.” Gift tags list the age of the recipient and three gift wishes. You can choose which wish to fulfill. The recommended price range of gifts is $20-$25. There are more than 100 wish tags left to fulfill.
If you or your department would like to sign up, registration is available online.
The Eventbrite only allows one ticket/registration per individual. Once you click “register,” you can select your desired number of tags and/or sign up to volunteer. Once request is received, a follow-up email will be sent with tag information Marquette receives from United Way. The follow-up email will include information regarding when gifts are due and who to contact if you are willing to volunteer to wrap, sort, and/or deliver gifts.
