The university will once again be a sponsor of the Milwaukee Film Festival, which runs Oct. 17 – 31. Learn more and see the full lineup of films online.
Ticket vouchers are available to students, faculty and staff through a sponsorship by the Office of the President. Vouchers are available on a first come, first served basis. To request ticket vouchers, email stacy.tuchel@marquette.edu.
A voucher is not a ticket. A voucher must be redeemed at any film festival box office (open beginning Oct. 3) at any time up to one hour before the desired film screening in exchange for a ticket to that screening. Patrons with vouchers are strongly encouraged to exchange their voucher for a film ticket as soon as they know which film(s) they want to see. If a film screening is “standby line only,” vouchers may only be exchanged on-site in the standby line. Standby line sales open to the public 15 minutes before the screening.
The Milwaukee Film Festival suggests that attendees arrive 30 minutes prior to showtime to guarantee a seat. All ticket holders must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime to guarantee a seat. Beginning 15 minutes before the show, any empty seats will be sold to other patrons.
