Dining Services will welcome four global chefs this fall for the “Taste of the World” sampling event on Monday, Sept. 30, at noon in the AMU lobby.
The free event and will feature chefs from Poland, Chili, China and France.
Chef Fancisco Layera will host a “Taste of Chile” event on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at The Commons. His menu will feature:
- Chilean carbonada soup
- Pichanga, a traditional Chilean charcuterie platter
- Cognac stewed chicken
- Salmon cancato
- Spiced Chilean tofu
- Dessert will include bread pudding, baked apple (obispo) and fresh fruit with chantilly cream.
This event is included with a meal swipe or can be purchased at the door for $8.75.
