U.S. News and World Report this week released its 2020 Best Colleges rankings. Marquette is ranked in a seven-way tie at 84th, up five spots from 89th last year. Marquette again made the lists for Best Colleges for Veterans, ranked 52; Best Value Schools, ranked 55; and Best Undergraduate Teaching, ranked 76. The university is again included as an “A-plus School for B Students.”
The university is also recognized among U.S. News’ college- and program-specific rankings. In the Best Undergraduate Business Programs list, the College of Business Administration is ranked 90, down slightly from last year’s 87. Business school rankings are based solely on a peer assessment score.
Additionally, three business specialty programs were again ranked nationally: finance is ranked 33rd, supply chain management is ranked 17th and real estate is ranked 12th.
The Opus College of Engineering is ranked 120 among Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs, a list that is also based only on a peer assessment score. The college was ranked 132 last year.
