The Minority Scholars Mentoring Program pairs freshmen and sophomore minority students with upper-level students of color who will serve as mentors.
Mentor/mentee pairs will ideally be in similar academic disciplines. The program allows freshmen and sophomore minority students to ask questions about classes, student organizations, the city of Milwaukee, study abroad, life at Marquette and more. The program’s goal is to build community and help students achieve academic success while also building friendships.
Those interested in being a mentor or mentee for the 2019-20 school year should contact Katie Johnstone.
