Earlier this month, the College of Health Sciences opened Marquette University’s first-ever Neuro Recovery Clinic. Thanks to an anonymous donor, the innovative specialty clinic will help people with debilitating neurological challenges such as brain and spinal cord injury.
“A clinic like this one brings not only mobility and independence, but hope,” Dr. William E. Cullinan, dean of the College of Health Sciences, said.
The clinic is located in Cramer Hall on 16th Street between West Wisconsin Avenue and West Clybourn Street. It is adjacent to Marquette’s Physical Therapy Clinic as well as its Speech and Hearing Clinic. This location provides opportunities for crossover care for patients with multiple needs as well as opportunities for undergraduate and graduate student clinical experience.
