The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs will host “Impactful Research: How to present the why’” on Thursday, April 25, from noon to 1 p.m. in Holthusen Hall, Room 403.
Dr. Sandra Hunter, Office of Research and Innovation faculty fellow, will discuss how to effectively present “the why” in your research.
Additional topics include:
- What “impactful research” means
- Importance of appropriately conveying the why in grant applications
- Seeing one’s research from the perspective of others
- Conveying compelling significance and innovation
