The Department of Chemistry will host its annual Rathore Lecture on Friday, April 12, at 4 p.m. in Todd Wehr Chemistry, Room 121. Sir Fraser Soddart, 2016 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, will deliver the address.
Stoddart is a professor at Northwestern University. He has pioneered the development of the use of molecular recognition and self-assembly processes in template-directed protocols for the synthesis of mechanically interlocked molecules.
