The Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures, Latin American Studies and Latinx Studies, and the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion will present “Noir and Nationhood in the Romilia Chacón Detective Series” featuring Abdel Arango on Friday, April 5, at 4 p.m. in the Raynor Memorial Libraries, Beaumier Suites.
Arango is a Mitchem Fellow in residence in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at Marquette University and a Ph.D. candidate in Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
