Marquette Dining Services will offer an Irish culture celebration on Wednesday, March 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Innovative Kitchen.
McBob’s Irish Pub will demonstrate how to make reubens, scotch eggs, soda bread and fried red potatoes, all of which participants can sample.
This event is open to all Marquette students, faculty and staff; tickets are $18 each. Register online.
