The university will host a series of game-watching parties this week for the men’s and women’s NCAA tournaments.
Men’s basketball game vs. Murray State | Thursday, March 21 at 3:15 p.m. | AMU
Marquette will host an alcohol-free game-watching party for all students, faculty and staff during the men’s basketball team’s first-round game against Murray State University, which is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. The viewing party will start at 3:15 p.m.
The game-watching party will be held on the lower level of the AMU, and will feature free t-shirts, swags and snacks, courtesy of Marquette’s Summer Studies program. There is no cost to attend, and no RSVP is necessary.
Women’s basketball game vs. Rice University | Friday, March 22 at 12:30 p.m. | The Commons
The Office of Residence Life will host a viewing party in The Commons’ theater room for the Women’s game against Rice University, which is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. The viewing party will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to wear blue and gold gear. There will be a photo booth, free concessions and prizes.
