The Kohler Center for Entrepreneurship offers the “Silicon Valley Experience,” which provides undergraduate students an opportunity to travel to Silicon Valley to meet with Marquette alumni working in startup, venture capital and corporate innovation industries. Students will network, attend events and gain career insight in a variety of areas.
The application for the Silicon Valley Experience is available online and remain open until Sunday, March 31, at 11:59 p.m.
“The Scoop on Silicon Valley,” a coffee and conversation event with past students, will take place on Friday, March 29, from noon to 1 p.m. in the 707 Hub.
Hear how the experience impacted them, what they learned and the connections they have made. Last year, students got the chance to visit Apple’s new headquarters as well as HP, Microsoft and SunPower. The experience helped to expand students’ visions of possible career paths post-graduation as well as help them establish a network in Silicon Valley.
