Marquette Dining Services will offer ”Cooking Basics” this Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the AMU, Innovative Kitchen.
This four-part series includes classes on knife skills and safety, sauté, sear and stir fry techniques, grains, starches and pasta cooking tips plus dinner prep and recipes.
Classes are open to all Marquette students, faculty and staff; classes are $10 each.
