MARQetplace will go live next week. All licensed users of this procure to pay system must register for training. It is preferred that training be completed prior to Feb. 11, the “go live” date.
During training, users will learn how to use the following functions in MARQetplace:
- Search for suppliers
- “Punch out” to preferred suppliers
- Request goods and services
- Approve transactions
- Process payment requests
- Manage work
Training is an hour and a half, which includes time for questions. Training sessions will be offered at various times until Feb. 14; sign up via Eventbrite using the password MARQetplace.
Sessions will be held at the AMU, Zilber Hall and the Raynor Memorial Libraries. See location by day on the event.
Hands-on sessions will be announced at the training and registration will be required. Additional in-person consult will be available through Feb. 20, TBA.
